DESPUES DE UN LARGO TIEMPO

El director del Hospital San Roque, Dr. Hugo Zambrana, adelantó que este jueves se va a poner en funcionamiento el tomógrafo con el que cuenta ese centro de salud. Este fue un reclamo de la comunidad de Esquina, que se cumple debido a la gestión realizada por la autoridad municipal ante el Ministerio de salud de la provincia.

El funcionario señaló que se armó una comisión en pro del tomógrafo y que gracias a su labor se ha conseguido contar con este dispositivo. Además, destacó “la preocupación de Ministerio de Salud, en la persona de Julián Dindart y sus funcionarios cercanos que tienen en cuenta las necesidades del interior”.

Zambrana comentó que se hicieron los trámites y si todo sale bien el jueves se pondría en funcionamiento la máquina. Expresó que se están haciendo pruebas y todavía quedan detalles, pero se va a dar inicio a la actividad del diagnostico por imágenes a través de la tomografía durante la jornada del jueves.

En el nosocomio ya esta la técnica radióloga que va a manejar el equipo, junto con los de la empresa, afinando sobre todo el tema de los cortes transversales que realiza el equipo de la diferentes partes del cuerpo y la comunicación e impresiones de imágenes e informes. Zambrana indicó que “son aspectos técnicos los que restan calibrar”.

Además, el profesional manifestó que se consiguieron los recursos humanos y explicó que se trata de una persona que tiene mucha experiencia en manejo de tomógrafos y que estuvo trabajando en Buenos Aires, para luego regresar a Esquina. Zambrana dijo que estos equipos “son necesarios en cualquier comunidad”, agregando que se dan de acuerdo a la cantidad de habitantes, según lo establecido por la Organización Mundial de Salud.

“Es importante porque sirve para cuando no anda el de Goya o cuando hay accidentes”, expresó el funcionario y continuó afirmando que “la idea es dar respuesta a la salud”. Comentó que el Ministerio se hace cargo del gasto para los pacientes indigentes, mientras que si son personas con obra social o pueden pagar se le cobra.
